The Senkai Gate is a special gateway Urahara and Yoruichi made in order to allow travel between the Living Word and Soul Society. The is made by piling spirit exchangers atop a normal gateway. Normally, entering Soul Society is impossible unless one is in soul form, the spirit exchangers can turn humans who enter the gate into spirit form. The amount of time the gate can stay connected to Soul Society is limited to only 4 minutes. If the traveller cannot reach the other side in that time, he or she will be stuck in the world between the living world and the afterlife.
An artifact known as the “King’s Seal” is stolen during transport from Soul Society by an unidentified Soul Reaper and two arrancar-resembling girls who control fire and lightning. During the attack, Tōshirō Hitsugaya corners and seems to recognize the Soul Reaper, who immediately stabs him in the stomach. In the middle of battle, Hitsugaya abandons his post to pursue him and leaves his squad behind to fend for themselves. After the battle, Seireitei suspects Hitsuguya of treason and orders his immediate capture. The whole 10th Division is then put on house arrest at which time they can surmise whether or not the division should be abolished. Tōshirō’s capture is made top priority and his execution is approved. Meanwhile, back in the human world, Rukia reveals to Ichigo rather surprising, in-depth knowledge of Hitsugaya’s personality, as well as some rather accurate guesses as to what Hitsugaya plans to do next. Ichigo realizes what might be troubling Hitsugaya and leaves to find him.
Orihime’s power is one of the oddest in the Bleach Universe, but at the same time is perhaps one of the strongest, approaching that of a diety. Through various combinations of the six fairies of the Shun Shun Rikka, Orihime can use her powers to defend, attack and heal. This power is derived from her ability to reject fate, making it theoretically possible for her to deny and erase the existence of anything of her choosing. The strength of her power is dependent on her mood, doubt makes her power weak while conviction makes them strong.
The six fairies are each named after a flower and each have different roles, personalities and appearanc; they are: Shun’o - a friendly female spirit who often takes the lead in explaining things to Orihime. She is capable of healing together with Ayame. Tsubaki – is a short-tempered male spirit who is the only one capable of performing direct attacks by himself. He often picks on Orihime because of her timid and indecisive nature. Lily - a smiling female spirit in a blue bathing suit. She is capable of shielding Orihime from attacks along with Baigon and Hinagiku. Ayame – a shy female spirit who can heal together with Shun’o. Baigon – a bald male spirit capable of shielding Orihime from attacks along with Hinagiku and Lily. Hinagiku – is a male spirit with a large eye patch. He is capable of shielding Orihime from attacks along with Baigon and Lily.
Seireitei is the inner sanctum of Soul Society and is the headquarters of the Gotei 13 and where the Shinigami reside. Seireitei is separated from the rest of Soul Society by a high wall which not only provides a physical barrier but also a anti-spirit energy shield which encloses the Seireitei in a complete sphere.
