Bleach Pilot Chapter
This is the pilot chapter of Bleach Tite Kubo first submitted to the Shounen Jump editors around 2001, after his Zombie Powder manga was cancelled. Some things to take note of:
- from the cover, Ichigo has black hair
- Rukia shrinks after depleting her shinigami powers
- Orihime dies and is taken to Soul Society at the end of the chapter
- a ticket is required for souls to enter Soul Society
- the Hollow does not have a mask
- Ichigo’s shinigami outifit has a star under pattern on his left sleeve
- Ichigo’s zanpakutou is a normal sized sword
