Orihime Inoue is a cheerful girl who attends the same high school as Ichigo. Her best friend is Tatsuki Arisawa, through which she met and befriended Ichigo. Orihime and her elder brother Sora ran away from their abusive home at a young age. Her brother worked hard to support them, but tragically he died in a traffic accident. Orihime currently lives alone with support from relatives. Tatsuki visits her often to keep her company, but also to bring her homemade food because Orihime has very odd cooking habits.
Though initially devoid of spiritual powers, Orihime begins to develop spiritual awareness and later obtains one of the most powerful abilities in the Bleach universe. She is able to completely restore a body to its previous state regardless of how severely it is wounded. To accomplish this, Orihime actually rejects the existence of events or objects. In short, she is able to manipulate time and space. She does this with the help of six fairy-like creatures which manifest out from the hairpin which was given to her by her brother. They are called the Shun Shun Rikka and combining them in various ways with the right incantation will create different effects.

even when too much people criticized the poor woman in the last season in manga she still is one of the more powerfull characters from Bleach and your cheerfull personality is something good actually because not much people can smile all the time…

Orihime is definately the most powerful person in the series. She can reverse any trauma or occurance that happened in the area that she chooses to use her Shun Shun Rikka’s rejection. Most people argue otherwise, saying that because she could hardly heal Ichigo the first time Ulquiorra killed him, and not at all the second time, that she’s pretty weak. When this happened I think it’s just that each attack was done with a cero. Ulquiorra is the 4th Espada, he has an enormous spiritual pressure. The second attack on Ichigo was done using a cero osceras, the absolute most powerful cero an Espada can use. I’m not suprised at all that she couldn’t heal him. It was her mentality when she was trying to reverse that damage both times that the attack was too strong and she could reverse it. I believe if Orihime didn’t allow that reiatsu to detur her she could have healed Ichigo. If she sharpened he resolve she could work her tecnique on anything

I think Orihime’s power is usefull, but it isn’t the most powerful. It doesn’t restore spirit pressure as a healing aspect, can barely ward of the backlash from attacks as a sheild, and she can’t wish out of existance anything that actively tries to stop her. Her attacks are just useless. If she had more power/control she would be strong but she doesn’t have that main character growth (Ichigo, villans) rate, or even the secondary character growth (chad, ishida, renji) rate and the only one who has progressed as little as she has is Rukia (so I put them both in the damsel growth rate a.k.a 0).

@mart2, Ya I should have implied that I think she has the potential to be the strongest character. Just like how Renji has potential to surpass Byakuya. How Rukia has the potential to be the 13th squads Leuitenant. And, how Ichigo has the potential to be the strongest character in “his” manga. LOL

Sure, she has the healing ability. But if it comes down to fighting she is terribly weak. Plus, when she gets captured by Ulquiorra and Ichigo had to save her made me mad. I mean come Ichigo had wasted time and save her, insted of fighting in Karakura Town, where he needed to be. I don’t hate her but I just love her either.

Orihime is weak she is a witch she is weak she always worry about ichigo but not other people. the aranncar part she was about to kiss ichigo.Rukia disobey an order from yamamotto just for orihime and rukia almost got killed because of orihime and orihime only want to follow ichigo and their just because she like ichigo. she says she was going to protect ichigo but she only got in the way the rukia exacution part.
