Momo Hinamori is the Lieutenant of the 5th Division under the former Captain, Sousuke Aizen. Hinamori grew up in the Soul Society slums and was a friend of future Captain, Toshiro Hitsugaya, whom she nicknamed Shiro-chan. She is usually always cheerful and kind to others. Hinamori’s natural talent at kido helped her succeed while in the shinigami 
academy. There, she also befriended Izuru Kira and Renji Abarai. During a training exercise in the human world, Himamori and her fellow students were ambushed by powerful Hollows. After they were saved by the conveninet arrival of Captain Aizen and his Lieutenant, Gin Ichimaru, Hinamori developed a great deal of respect for Aizen. Aizen saw talent in her and recruited Hinamori into his Division in order to manipulate her attachment to him. During the Soul Society arc, Aizen shattered Hinamori’s emotional state by first faking his death and then stabbing Hinamori and leaving her for 
dead after she was of no more use to him. Hinamori has since then recovered from her wounds, but is still emotional unstable regarding Aizen.
Hinamori’s zanpakuto is Tobiume ( Flying Plum Tree). In its shikai form, it grows multiples prongs on the edges of the blade which allow her to channel her Kido and fire large bursts of projectile energy from her sword.

I agree with nasri_8. She’s been stabbed too many times. I don’t really like Hinamori. Hitsugaya keeps getting hurt because of her! I don’t understand how she’s still alive! ARGH!
