Bleach Manga Chapter 17: 6/17

Ichigo is woken up by Kon, who now inhabits the body of a stuffed animal he found at the side of the road. Ichigo tosses Kon away in annoyance, but Kon ends up in the perfect position to see up Rukia’s skirt as she steps out of the closet. Everything seems like any other morning at the Kurosaki house until Ichigo suddenly turns solemn when he realizes that “the day” is coming up. At school, Orihime notices that Ichigo is acting odd because he is not acting like his usual self. Tatsuki though, seems to know why Ichigo is behaving oddly.

That evening, the Kurosaki household organizes for the trip they will be taking the next day; everyone is Later, Ichigo asks Rukia to let him have the next day off from his Shinigami duties. He explains that tomorrow is the day his mother died, or rather she was killed.
