Bleach Manga Chapter 25: 6/17 op.9 “Fighting Boy 2 [The Cigar Blues Mix]“

Ichigo yells out in pain as he is returned back to his own body. Rukia tells him that the wounds he receives while in Shinigami form will carry over to his human body when he transfers back. She was able to heal all the major wounds, but some small cuts still remain.

Ichigo visits his mother’s grave and apologizes for not being able to avenge her. Ichigo’s father, Isshin Kurosaki, arrives and jokes around with Ichigo to liven the mood. He tells him that his mother would want to see him live happily. Ichigo asks his father why he doesn’t blame him for his mother’s death. Isshin’s answer is that no one is responsible for Masaki’s death; she was just the type of woman who was willing to die in order to protect her child. After his father leaves, Ichigo calls out to Rukia who was listening from a hilltop. He asks her to let him be a Shinigami a bit longer so he can become strong enough to defeat the Hollow which killed his mother.

At an unknown location, the Grand Fisher is getting patched up by fellow Hollows. His comrades tell him he was careless for not using all his strength in the fight and that he should have finished off the Shinigami. A newly healed and transformed Grand Fisher gets back on his feet and declares that he will never again be defeated by Shinigami, particularly Ichigo Kurosaki.
