Don Kanoji uses his staff to further agitate the spirit’s Hollow hole, causing it to scream out even louder. Ichigo rushes out to try to stop him, but the TV crew security tackle him. Rukia tries to reach Ichigo to release him to his Shinigami form, but she too is seized by security. Luckily, Urahara is in the crowd and helps Ichigo transform. Urahara’s excuse for being there is because Ururu nd Jinta are big fans of Ghost Bust. When security come to question him, Urahara uses a Soul Society memory eraser on them and escapes with Rukia and Ichigo’s body. Meanwhile the Shinigami Ichigo tackles Don Kanoji and realizes he is not a phony spirit medium because he can see him. But he is too late to prevent the spirit’s transformation into a Hollow.
