Bleach Manga Chapter 168: Behind Me, Behind You

The chapter start with Hitsugaya’s thoughts regarding the Central 46. The Central 46 apparantely is the place where all shinigami, who have committed a crime, are sent to be judged by 6 judges and 40 elders. The Central 46 controls Soul Society, including the Gotei 13, The Kido Corps and the Covert OP.
After checking the hall carefully, he comes to the conclusion, that the 46 elders were murdered over two days before he and Matsumoto broke in. Hitsugaya also realizes that all the orders that the Gotei 13 had been following for those two days had been fake. Hitsugaya’s first thoughts are that it was Ichimaru Gin who did this, however a voice suddenly interrupts his thoughts.The white-haired captain is shocked to see that the voice belongs to the 3rd division’s Vice-captain Kira Izuru.
Hitsugaya and Matsumoto charge at Kira, who runs away. Kira leads the short captain outside the building and reveals that the 5th division vice-captain – Hinamori Momo has actually been following him and Matsumoto around. Hitsugaya asks Matumoto to take care of Kira, while he returns to the Central 46 building. Kira releases his zanpakuto, Wabisuke and charges at Matsumoto.
Meanwhile Hinamori discovers that the 46 elders have been killed, but is apprehended by Ichimaru Gin.
