Bleach Manga Chapter 172: End Of Hypnosis 4 – Prisoners In Paradise

At Soukyou Hill one shocking event after another unfolds, as Renji is ordered to turn Rukia over to Aizen. Renji is surprised to see the three captains and refuses to obey Aizens command.
Meanwhile at the Central 46 building, Unohaha performs emergency surgery on Hitsugaya and Hinamori. Isane performs the ritual for two Binding spells – Kakushi Tsuijyaku, which she uses to determine Aizens position and Tenteikuura, which she uses to comunicate with all captains, vice-captains and ‘drifters’ (Ichigo’s group). She then relays the news of Aizen’s betrayal to everybody.
Things become chaotic, as nobody is sure of what to do or whether they should believe what they’ve just heard or not. Ichigo’s group is also confused, but Ishida explains that what Aizen’s after is probably Rukia’s life. Whit that explanation, Ichigo immediately turns back to Soukyou Hill.
On said hill, Aizen once more orders Renji to put Rukia down, only to be met with another refusal.
