Bleach Manga Chapter -105: Turn back the Pendulum 4

Mayuri is surpries at Urahara’s invitation and refuses. However Kisuke makes him a proposal, that even Mayuri can’t refuse – to be the second in charge of Urahara’s new Research Institute.
In the next scene a young Byakuya is shown training hard by himself. His grandfather, who is captain of the 6th Division, tells him that Yoruichi has come to see him. The young Byakuya is completely different from his future self, being loud, rash and… un-Byakuya-like.
Meanwhile in the 13th Division, Ukitake has invited Shiba Kaien to be his Liutenant. Shiba refuses promptly, at which Ukitake tells him the story of anewly appointed shinigami – a genius, who is even younger than Byakuya.
The scene switches to the 5th Dision, where Aizen meets the new prodigy – Ichimaru Gin. Gin wastes no time and kills the 3rd seat, thus taking his place in the 5th Division’s ranks.
