Bleach Manga Chapter -97: Let Stop The Pendulum

Urahara uses the Hougyoku to try and save his friends, but the result is not what he was expecting – the eight shinigami were turned into The Masked Army – Vizards.
Disappointed in his own failure, Kisuke goes out for some fresh air, but is apprehended by two shinigami who take him and Tessai to the Central 46.
At the Central 46 Headquarters, the elders accuse Urahara of experimenting with Hollowfication on the four captains and four liutenants. Urahara tries to protest, saying it was Aizen who did that, but the judges state that Aizen has an aliby. The judges’ final decision is that Tessai will be thrown in prison, urahara will be banished to Earth and the eight Vizards will be killed. As Urahara tries to object, Yoruichi interrupts the meeting and takes Kisuke and Tessai away. She then takes them and the Vizards to her hiding place under Soukyou hill, where Urahara decides that it is best for all of them to hide out on Earth.
The scene changes back to the present, where the Vizards head out to battle.
