Everybody is surprised to see Ikkaku lose and Yumichika immediately tries rushing to his side. He is, however, stopped by Hisagim who argues that if Ikkaku couldn’t beat him, then Yumichika has no chance of defeating Po. After that the 5th seat is tranquilized by Kira.
Meanwhile, with the pillar destroyed, a part of the real Karakura Town appears. Po thinks that Ikkaku is dead, but is proven wrong. He tries to make Ikkaku activate his bankai, but his efforts are of no use. Just as the Arrancar is about to finish Ikkaku off, Komamura punches him in the face and sends him flying. Iba immediately starts setting up small pillars, so that Karakura doesn’t transfer back and Komamura engages Po in battle. They exchange heavy punches and Po sends Komamura flying, as well. The Arrancar then activates his sword – Calderon and starts enlarging.
