Ururu is a small black-haired girl who is employed under Urahara at his shop. She is often seen together doing chores with Jinta, 
though she is by far the more diligent one. Ururu is quite capable of fighting hollows and even arrancars despite her meek appearance. Her main weapon is a shoulder cannon which can fire multiple shots simultaneously. She also possesses superhuman strength and her kicks are especially lethal. Whenever Ururu gets hurt, she seems to go into a trance state and begins to systematically eliminate those she perceives as enemies (ie. Those who hurt her). Kisuke Urahara has described her powers as that of an “anti-shinigami.”

wat is up with these two? did urahara just go walking one day and was like look i need two kiddies to play with….here they is yoink?!?!?! they need to show why they are with urahara or at least kill one of them off and do a flashback!!!!!!!!!
