Shunsui Kyoraku notices Hinamori and Matsumoto’s battle heating up and asks Stark if he wants to get serious too. Stark says he will only get serious if Shunsui will use his other sword. Shunsui explains that he doesn’t fight with both swords but Stark knows it is a lie because he has been carefully watching Shunsui sword swings and knows he is ambidextrous. Realizing he can’t fool his opponent, Shunsui unsheathes his second sword and they clash. Meanwhile Jushiro Ukitake is watching quietly nearby. Lilinette, Stark’s Fraccion, demands that Jushiro fight her, but the Shingami Captain refuses because she is just a little girl and says she shouldn’t even be here. Angry because she feels patronized, Lilinette unsheathes her zanpakuto and attacks.
Matsumoto is impressed with Hinamori’s kido combo attack, but before they can celebrate, their arrancar opponents release their resurreccions, both transforming and healing them. Apache, Mila-Rose and Sun-Sun decide then each tear off one of their limbs and combine them to create a muscular beast called a Chimera Parca.
Neliel finishes calling out her sword, Gamuza, and transforms into a white centaur. Before finishing her opponent, she suddenly transforms back to her child form. Meanwhile, Pesche Guatiche and Dondochakka Bilstin fight Szayel, using their Bawabawa. Pesche takes out his sword, Ultima, as he lands a strike on Szayel. As the fights go on, Dondochakka takes out his club to help out. Pesche and Dondochakka use their ultimate attack, “cero sincrecito”, a combination of Dondochakka and Pesche’s cero. Szyael manages to render their attack ineffective, and prepares to finish them off. Meanwhile, the Exequias prepare to kill Gantenbaine and Chad, and Zommari prepares to kill Rukia. Nnoitra sends Tesla to finish off Ichigo, and he releases his zanpakuto, turning into a large warthog. Before Tesla can do so, 11th Divison Captain Kenpachi Zaraki stops him.
Hinamori is the one who has come to help Matsumoto. She is wearing the Fifth Division’s armband and tells Matsumoto that she is here as a fellow Lieutenant and not as Captain Aizen’s former suboordinate. Matsumoto welcomes her help but wonders if Hinamori has noticed that she is still saying “Captain Aizen.” Habiel’s fraccion attack together this time, but are caught by a kido net set up by Hinamori earlier while she was cloaking her presence. Hinamori then uses her zanpauto Tobiume to unleash an explosion throughout her net.
Omaeda complains to Soifon to give him more credit for coming to assist her when he thought she was losing to the arrancar. Soifon tells him that even if she was losing, he should have attempted to attack the enemy from behind than try to come to help her. Ggio Vega screams at Soifon not to underestimate her and bulks up her body into what he calls the “Tigre Estoque el Sable”, but before he can even finish, Soifon has finished her attack on him. She pierced the arrancar’s lung from both sides of her body with her Suzumebachi causing instant death. All the while Barragan Luisenbarn has been keeping a close watch.
Meanwhile Matsumoto is having a tough time against all three of Halibel’s fraccions. Apache wants to quit because she thinks Matsumoto is clearly not ready to take all three of the on. When she tries to finish off Matsumoto, she is hit by a fireball as someone has come to Matsumoto’s aid.
