Bleach Manga Chapter 352 – The Lust 6
Sorry J, but the people need to discuss. This is only a one time thing, and if you ever get the motivation to write before the next chapter comes out, feel free to edit this.
Now, onto the chapter. It begins at the fight between Rukia and Rudobon in Las Noches. It seems she finally gained the advantage on the Exequias leader, by simply freezing him with her shikai and rendering him incapable of producing more soldiers. (I don’t know about you, but when this is all said and done, I think Rukia might be in store for a Lieutenant promotion, regardless of Byakuya’s wishes)
Out of nowhere, Yammy appears behind Rudobon, seizing his whole body in one hand, and showing his same disregard with most other arrancar, quickly tosses Rudobon aside. It seems Renji and Chad were all within the general vicinity, because they all see the dramatic entrance too. Chad quickly notes that Yammy has grown tremendously since his last encounter with him, now breaching several stories tall. My guess is, much like the incredible Hulk, Yammy grows the angrier he gets, and boy is he angry. He doesn’t seem to care much about the three shinigami around him, only concerned about his revenge on Ishida. They all notice a tremendous surge of energy coming from above the dome, but it is hard for them to recognize that it is actually Ichigo.
Back above the dome is yet another sub-nuclear explosion fired point blank from Ichigo’s cero at Ulquiorra. Orihime shields herself and Ishida from the explosion. The cero leaves a huge hole on the top of Las Noches, yet amazingly, Ulquiorra manages to survive. Much like at the end of the Frieza – SSJ Goku fight, Ulquiorra is missing part of his left arm, and his entire lower half. (Even though we have been making all these comparisons between Bleach and Naruto recently, this fight seems to bare a striking resemblance to the Goku-Frieza fight. The enemy reaches his seemingly unbeatable third and final form, but is then stomped by the protagonist’s new, unknown form, and as shown below, blasts or slices away the same part of the enemy’s body.) I know one important organ Ulquiorra isn’t going to be able to regenerate lol.
Ichigo then tosses Ulquiorra aside into some rubble. He draws his sword preparing to stab Ulquiorra in the head and finally finish him off. Ishida, showing incredible speed for his condition, appears right next to Ichigo, grabbing his arm. Ishida explains that there is no honor in carving the enemy after he has already won, and if he continues, there may be no turning back from his Hollow form. Ichigo persists in lowering his sword, until the last second where he thrusts it through Ishida’s stomach.
Orihime screams, but all Ichigo can mutter is “You… Help You… Must Help You…” meaning there must be some hint of the old Ichigo left in there. And I don’t think that the Hollow Ichigo from inside Ichigo’s head is the one in control, becuase he wouldn’t give a damn about Orihime. I think right now it is a mindless surge of power, whose consciousness is up for grabs to the victor inside. Anyways, Orihime once again blames herself for Kurosoki’s problems.
Ichigo prepares a cero to launch at the immobilized Quincy, when a regenerating Ulquiorra appears behind Ichigo and cuts off one of his horns. This cocks Ichigo’s head up and forces the cero blast to explode above his head. The caption at the end says “The final blow!!!” but since it didn’t hit anybody, it can’t mean the end of the fight. My guess is that it means it is the final blow we will see from Ichigo in this hollow form, and hopefully next chapter we will see him try to reclaim his consciousness.

no way i’m the first.
awesome chatpter. what’s J up to?
i was shocked to see ichigo stab ishida. i thought he might finally calm down but no. next chapter maybe. and most surprising is that ichigo is actually driven by orihime’s cry for help. all he cares about is helping her, and doesn’t care about the rest of his friends. almost funny. i didn’t expect ully to have any part of him left intact. but it seems he won’t go that easy. now that ichigo’s mask has been damaged, i wonder if it will cause him to return to normal. so yammy’s still alive, hmm. he’s the weakest espada, yet he survives till most others have been defeated. and i think it might be being in hueco mundo rather than angry, that is making him bigger. remember that hollows are more powerful in hueco mundo, just as shinigami are more powerful in soul society.
with orihime’s ability ishida will be fine, that must be why he is being injured so much, hehe. and poor ully. no kids for him. but in the condition he is in, its unbelievable that he’s still fighting.

I think you hit it dead one with Ichigo’s hollow body to be up for grabs by the victor on the inside. The more i see this form, the more it reminds me of Old man zangetsu(high coller <-is that even the right word?).
Story wise i think its intresting that ishida got stabbed for the reason mentioned above. Yammy is strange being. I hope he is finally going to kick some ass. Dont hope, the three guys down there gonna get ass whooped. They dont have much to worry about thou. There are still two captains who might be willing to help. (in case you think i forgot two. i dont think mayuri cares about anything going on there, and unohana who doesnt wish to fight)
All-in-all, cant wait for the next one.

I wondered if anyone else was reminded of the DBZ Goku-Frieza fight, besides the fact that the fight was longer than three episodes.
While I was surprised by Ishida getting stabbed part of me cackled in glee. The problem Ishida has is that he lacks hatred… hehehe. ~sigh~ I hope someone stabs Sasuke.
Anyways, I found it kind of predictable that Ulquiorra was still alive and was not at all shocked he was still fighting in that condition. I mean, he reacts to all stimuli as if he was a machine so I doubt he acknowledges pain, and the handicap it brings, the way we would.
And Yammy reminds me of Nappa.
All in all, it was a good chapter but it felt just a tad short. Coupled with Naruto’s Chapter I have been left with a very unsatisfied feeling and hoping this weeks release remedies that feeling.

I just figured it out!!! Please note, I have not looked at the spoilers yet.
It was like a brick in the head while driving back from teaching chess. The real power of a soul slayer is its bankai. This seems like a duh, but, think about it.
The first stage requires you to go into the slayer’s world. The second requires you to bring him/her into the real world.
With the hollow transformation Ichigo has already gone into the hollow’s world, I think now they will have their fight in the real world.
Anyway, as I said, I didn’t look at the spoilers and won’t. I just read the manga. I hope the spoilers don’t say what I just said, that would suck.

I’m late because of this week being the end of the quarter and the whole “J goes wild partying and forgets to write” thing…
1st, Ishida is an idiot for getting in ichigo’s way, especially since Ichigo, in hollow form, could probably sense that Ul. wasn’t dead… (So he HAD to finish him off to “Protect Orihime” (Notice she hasn’t been damaged by any of Ichigo’s attacks despite the range and how weak her “Sheilds” are some of the time…
2nd, I stepped into the forums without even realising it (“Ew, something got on my foot… forum goo…)
3rd PCgnome, I like that idea, and it wasn’t stated in the spoilers, but I don’t think Tite will want to tell that story when the captain-espada fight is going on…
