Bleach Chapter 382 – The United Front *Discordeque Mix*

Download Bleach Chapter 382

Well, as usual for Beach, things are going at a slow pace. It’s too bad there won’t be a chapter this week, but even Kubo needs a vacation once in a while. At least he’s not like Oda who’s on break every other week…

This is actually the third chapter named “United Front” in Bleach. The previous two were “UF2 – Red and White” when Renji and Ishida fought Szayel-Appolo and “UF – End of Hypnosis 6″ when Aizen destroyed Ichigo and Renji. The similarity in both previous battles was that “The United Front” lost miserably. Hopefully, since this time we’re talking about Byakuya and Kenpachi, things will be different.

The info part in this chapter was quite short, but very encouraging. We’ve always known that Ichigo’s reiatsu (spirit pressure) is quite rough and unstable and that it’s somewhere around captain-class. But now it seems that it’s at least twice that of a normal captain, or as Aizen claims, somewhere on his level. The fact that Inoue’s repairs so far have never healed his reiatsu just goes to show that Ichigo really is quite amazing. Think about it – he powered up the Garganta on his way to Hueco Mundo, he fought the previous 3rd Espada – Dordonii, fought Ulquiorra, then Grimmjow, after that Nnoitra, Ulquiorra again, Yammi and now he’s power the Garganta on his way back to the real world. And after all of that he’s only used half of his reiatsu!!!! Well, I have to say, HOLYMOTHERFUCKINSHITBITCH!!!!!!! It’s no wonder he seemed weaker after every battle. It’s all starting to make sense. Kenpachi is probably the one who ran first in the Garganta, so he wasn’t up to the task of fighting Nnoitra. Now that he’s recovered, it’s no wonder he can beat Yammi. Of course this means that from the very begining the Espada really were no match for the Captains.

Speaking of Ken-chan, he’s begining to get awfully bored with Yammi. After cutting off another leg, he decides the Cero Espada is too weak for him and tries to push off the duty of killing Yammi to Byakuya. Of course the nobleman has no intention of doing the dirty jobs and so a new argument between the two Captains erupts. Instead on focusing on Yammi, they’re about to start fighting each other. The angry Yammi interrupts them with a powerful Cero, which only causes the “United Front” to go at one another’s necks more ferociously.

The two Captains, eager to finally settle the score between themselves, slash through the Espada’s face in an unwilling combo attack. Hopefully this is the end of Yammi, so we can now finally see Bya-chan and Ken-chan beat the living shit out of each other.

Well actually, since Ichigo compares the amount of his shihakusho left to how much of his rietsu he has left, he actually only has around a third of his rietsu left.

But yes, the point Tite is trying to make is that Ichigo is potentially around Aizen and Yamamoto’s league. It sucks that Unohana always has to heal people, I really want her to be one of the ones to fight Gin or Tosen, but there is a long line in front of her…

i dont think dordoni was the previous third espada. im pretty sure his old rank was never revealed.

Well if he was only using half his power throughout the entire time in Hueco Mundo, how is it that he came close to death so many times? Why couldn’t he just use more power to smack down Ulquiorra, Nnoitra, Grimmjow, instead of having his hollow powers come in all the time? Im sure that they don’t mean that his spirit pressure includes his hollow powers too right?

i don’t think anyone can use all of their rietsu in one attack, or at one time. think of it like he was fighting at full power his whole time in hueco mundo, and after doing so for so long, he has only used up half of his rietsu. you don’t have to be out of rietsu to be close to death, like when he was fighting ulquiorra, he was simply outclassed and severely wounded.

You would almost think that Kubo is responding to what the anime is doing right now with Byakuya and Kenpachi actually going at eachothers throat. Thou the situation aint unlikely *Remembering a scene way back in the SS arch*.

I still kinda wonder how Ichigo will be able to handle his hollow after getting his reiatsu restored.

I wouldn’t mind seeing her in a fight either, there must be a reason why all the other captains are afraid of her. But alas, this is a shounen manga, and it’s almost a law that the female characters get pigeon holed into stereotypical roles

I wonder if all the others so eager to fight Aizen will simply let Ichigo take him on once he gets there. Will they all have the faith Unohana does? I have a feeling Aizen will trick some of the other shinigami into attacking Ichigo with his zanpakuto. That would make for an interesting welcoming back to kurakura town.

I weep for the decay of the English language, but yeah, Ichigo has always had the power to kick everyone’s ass ten times over but has little idea how to harness it at will.
