Bleach Chapter 406 – Deicide 8 end of the Chrysalis Age

OMG! Aizen wants to eat Ichigo!!! I can’t believe it, he really is a faggot then! What an incredible story plot by Kubo! I had suspected as much ever since Aizen touched Ichigo’s man-boobs before their fight. In fact he seems to like Ichigo so much, he’s started imitating him!
No doubt about it, they’re definitely the same, and Ichigo didn’t need to embed a Hougyoku in himself to achieve this. Finally the plot thickens! The Deicide has come to a beautiful ending. The condom has broken, let all Hell flow out of it!
A bit more seriously now – it appears that all along Ichigo was a nothing but a meal, slowly and carefully prepared for Aizen. And he was thrown in the trash in the end. Aizen’s evolution is indeed quite marvelous, so there’s no need to consume a meal gone bad. Gin, as one of the judges, has deemed Ichigo unworthy of being his master’s dinner. That’s why he was telling Ichigo to run away. He really was of no use to anyone in this situation.
But let me summarize the rest of the chapter before we continue onward. Urahara, Yoruichi and Isshin were beaten to a pulp, Matsumoto didn’t manage to reach Gin in time, everyone else doesn’t concern us at this moment. Gin and Aizen head to Soul Society to destroy the real Karakura town and gain entrance to the King’s Palace and it’s up to the Kurosaki family to stop them.
Again, the most important information in this chapter concerns Ichigo and Aizen’s strength. Since we already know that Ichigo is going to defeat Aizen (it’s a Shounen manga, so the end is obvious) we just have to figure out how that’s going to happen. This is the face that Ichigo’s been making 50 times per chapter ever since he fought Ulquiorra. I think we already mentioned how Ichigo has become incredibly weak due to the fact that he’s neither a human, nor a hollow, nor a shinigami, nor a soldier, as Gin put it. The reality is simple – all he has to do is figure out how to maintain his super hollow form, which Aizen has now also achieved, and it’s all gonna be fine. But in order to do that he’s gotta know what that form really is. I think it only has to do with his confidence. If you look at Aizen’s all-discriminating smile, you’ll know that’s what really separates him from the rest. Bah, now got carried away and forgot what I was talking about. Whatever, I dun’ fell like writin’ anymore, so I’ll just finish next week.

Isshin asks Ichigo to open a Senkaimon to the Soul Soceity. I was hoping the Kurosakis’ where a noble family. Im hoping this proves that assumption.
p.s.
Whatever, I dun’ feel like writin’ anymore. BYE!

LMFAO THE CONDOM HAS BROKEN AND UR FUNNY IS KILLING ME AHAHAHAAAAA!! First of all I must commend you on the way you compared Aizen to a Condom. You offer a harsh but often true summary to each Bleach chapter, Kudos to you lolz.
I don’t comment here but this week I had to, I 100% agree with you on Ichigo. He lost his way of persuasion (he is a girl scout). “Hey Gin want cookies?” Gin: “Run awa-” “GETSUGA TENSHOOOOOOO”. lol I’m becoming disappointed now, first Kubo holds us off on Urahara, Yoruichi n Isshin 4 200 chapters then he destroys them in 1 chapter, making Isshin handicap….like, WTF……….? IDK Bleach stopped taking my breath away after Ichigo’s bajillionth Getsuga Tensho. Am I the only 1 who feels this way?!

I agree with you B. That, if Aizen confirmed his man-boobs. Ichigo’s has become like a pregnant woman. If you look at the mentally ustable part that is, i mean Aizen condom was broken this week so who knows.
Overall, Since Urahara seems to be out he can’t use on of his tricks to go and have a chat with his inner hollow again. Maybe his father will hellp him with that. another question would be the one, are there any of the captains/vaizards in fake karakura that are healed enough to join those two in combat. Or maybe it’s finally time for Ryuuken to shine. He might be the one to keep Gin busy in the real Karakura town)

I love Bleach, always have, been a loyal fan ever since the sword of fate fell. But I’m getting tired of Ichigo getting superpowerful and looking so cool, then on cue he goes back to being the weakest s.o.b around. Seriously, every time Ichigo gets enough power to amaze everyone around him, roughly 3-5 chapters later someone else beats him within an inch of his life or scares the shit outta him with very little effort. We need a hero that can hold his champion title (and balls) for more than 5 chapters.

I know everyone’s saying this, but Ichigo really needs another attack besides Getsuga Tensho. Even when Ichigo kicks but, just sending off a blast of hardened spirit energy just doesn’t really impress me. If he gets a new attack, I’ll become much more interested, but I don’t see how he can change his shikai.
Another thing, I hate whenever the main villain of a manga becomes so overpowered you think he’s unbeatable, because when he actually loses, it look so far-fetched. Aizen is so overpowered right now, so unless he has a certain weakness, Aizen losing will just look bad. A long time ago Orihime commented about destroying the Hogyoku…will she fulfill that promise?
My last little comment is that I’m surprised Isshin, Urahara, Shinji, Kyoraku, etc. didn’t all use their bankai during the battle. You’re battling the man antagonist of the series, people! Get your head in the game!

gj J. you’re right it would be hard to write a complete analysis of this chapter given that we only partially know what is going on.
there are two good supports of your theory that Ichigo and Aizen are now the same kind of being. 1.) the pictures illustrating their similarity above,
and 2.) the fact that on page 3 Isshin tells urahara that the only one who can gauge Aizen’s power is somebody like him, then on page 9 Gin mentions how Ichigo understand’s captain Aizen’s power.
Just like neo-vaizards and vaizards, natural arrancar and artificial arrancar, ichigo is a naturally created (whatever being it is), and aizen is an artificial/neo one. the only two questions now are, what is that being?, and how does ichigo elevate himself to it once again?
By bsk17, June 5, 2010 @ 3:01 am
since aizen’s back to freaky smile again, i got no complaints. hopefully, this will get interesting now
By Kvistikor, June 5, 2010 @ 6:53 pm
Hopefully there will be some actual battle scenes now instead of everyone just attacking Aizen, chapter ending, and then the chapter beginning again with him being fine, then beating up the others.

Hmm, after re-reading this chapter, something piqued my interest. It’s Isshin and Gin’s choice of words.
Mangastream version:
Isshin: “Maybe the only ones capable of perceiving the power of Aizen the way he is now … are those standing in the same place as him”
Gin: “You understand it don’t you? Captain Aizen’s power”
Onemanga version:
Isshin: “Probably the only one who can gauge his power … is someone like him”
Gin: “Captain Aizen don’t you? You grasp his power”
The connection I’m making is that Isshin said only someone as strong as Aizen could understand him, but Gin asks Ichigo if he understands Aizen, as if to imply that Ichigo could possibly be Aizen’s equal. If this is true, then this is exactly what I hoped wouldn’t happen. Ichigo CANT beat Aizen dammit! There are so many ppl more deserving

judging from those pictures, it looks as though ichigo and aizen want to start a boyband.
By TakashiD, June 6, 2010 @ 2:34 am
i dont think its that ichigo has gotten weaker in power, its his mental state frankly. he has been guilty and messed up in the head (rightfully so) after he went nuts on Ulquiorra and ishida. not only did he nearly kill his own nakama, but he apparently (please come back Ulquiorra!!!) killed his first enemy. naturally he is really shaken and uncertain.
By Karijow, June 6, 2010 @ 8:06 am
@Takashid, Ichigo’s rather fragile for a warrior. We know its his weak mental state, but it really does look like he’s weak because all this time it was just the Hogyouku granting his wishes
By TakashiD, June 6, 2010 @ 8:21 pm
kisu: the hogyoku thing is confusing, i dont think the hogyoku gave him the power he has, just manipulated circumstances to put him up against the right people. thats how i took it anyway. didnt aizen say that the hogyoku couldnt make something out of nothing, that it could only use what existed? anyway, ichigo is fragile for a warrior, but thats normal, he is just a teenager deep down.
By madara uchiha, June 6, 2010 @ 9:09 pm
so then on to the real kurukara town arc i guess…
where is a dead aizen when u need one?
By Karijow, June 6, 2010 @ 10:49 pm
@Takashid, exactly! Ichigo is teenager! He should be a destructive little mofo’
He watched his mom die and has an abusive relationship with his father. He has the makings of a serial killer
By uchiha_gaiden, June 6, 2010 @ 11:46 pm
what confuses me is that it seemed like everyone was holding back from showing their power, maybe because they didn’t have the slightest clue how to beat Aizen after all that time to plan? The A team there at the end never showed their bankai (and barely anyone else for that matter) and barely a shikai against Aizen.
i find it hard to believe urahara spent all that time making anti-hierro armor since this (http://www.onemanga.com/Bleach/240/07/) which was a while ago. you’d think he would have a much more elaborate and ingenious plan for the infamous Aizen Sousuke. And if that was his ‘big plan’ why would he make anti-heirro armor unless he was expecting to fight arrancar or a hollow Aizen? i was sitting here the last couple of weeks thinking that first shot from his cane was part of his master plan as i thought it would be some sort of anti-hougyoku thing that would stop Aizen from evolving. but instead they all sort of fought Aizen in a more observational manner than an ‘all out’ strategy…
dunno what do you guys think? I feel like everyone was holding back a bit there
By ssj, June 7, 2010 @ 10:08 am
yeah i agree gaiden. it was a rather lackluster “all out war.” along with the lack of bankais that would obviously have been necessary, we also got cut short of seeing the most badass being to ever exist in thousands of years (yamamoto) go all out because of some down-syndromed little shit. tite definitely didn’t fulfill all out expectations with the fake-kurakura town arc., but then again those were some high ass expectations…
By Pretend3r, June 7, 2010 @ 12:10 pm
@Gaiden: I think he was also prety busy with Mayuri constructing the whole area-swap(the pillars) and refining the garaganta for the captains who invaded Hueco Mundo. I think he did pretty good considering. He severly underestimated the Hougyoku.
@some other people: Why is suddenly the hougyoku the big party planner for Ichigo. It seems the Hougyoku simply does as told(to a degree). Aizen still, masterfully, moving about making sure everyone would more or less be forced to move/react as he planned.

i loved the post besides the word choice of faggot. it really isnt a nice word. My friend was killed because he was gay. i wish people wouldnt use it.
But besides my morbid thougth i do think he is feeling ichigo and wants to do something more than eat him!!!!!!
By syvsygf, June 8, 2010 @ 11:46 pm
for the 2nd release we have to wait for Orohime to boost him.
DoesIsshin’s GetsougaTen mean he and Ichigo are related by blood? Can you get pregnant from a Gigai?
the Vizards were not created by the Hogy, it was just used to stabalize them.
it’s a big puzzle I caN’t solve. love it
