“Bleach Soul Carnival 2″ is the latest game in the Bleach video game series. It was just released on December 10th and promises to be the best Bleach-based game so far. The game is only for PSP and will come out in the US in April or May.

Bleach: Versus Crusade is a 3-D fighter that was released for the Nintendo Wii in Japan only. The game features more characters, notably more arrancars from the more recent Bleach anime/manga story arcs than previous Bleach fighting games; only the Espadas: Stark, Barragan Luisenbarn, and Halibel are not playable. The game only allows one-on-one battles, but each player can choose a partner character in order to perform team-up attacks and special moves.
Bleach: Shattered Blade is the first Bleach fighting game released for the Nintendo Wii that was released in 2008 for North America. The game has various modes of play along with the standard versus mode including a story mode where new episodes for other characters can be unlocked upon completing the main episodes. A new Arrancar, Arturo Plateado (Silver Aruthur) was made for the game to be the main villain. Arturo has a similar appearance to Grimmjow Jeagerjaques and has the ability to disguise himself as anything, even zanpakutos. Shattered Blade features a total of 32 playable characters.
Bleach Blade Battlers is a 3-D cell shade fighting game for the PS2 that has so far been released only in Japan. The gameplay is similar to Power Stone in that the battlefield is fully 3D and is littered with power-ups and obstacles which can used by you or the opponent. The first Blade Battlers game was released in 2006 and features 25 playable characters. Blade Blade Battlers 2nd was released in Japan in 2007 and increases the number of characters to 36. Below is a list of characters available for play in each game.
